This is my medium format kit based around the Mamiya RZ67 Pro II. I use this set up for landscape, portrait and studio photography. I will vary what I carry according to the situation:
- For landscapes I would usually take the whole kit except the left-hand grip and Autometer 3.
- For studio work I'll leave out the 50mm lens, extension tube, and most of the filters. I'll also leave out the Autometer 3 unless taking portraits with natural light.
The whole kit fits into my Fancier backpack. I'm afraid I don't know the model number and can't find it printed anywhere on the bag. It seems like a good quality bag as it has taken a beating and has to carry a lot of weight. It fits in an airplane overhead locker which is a bonus.
In the car I will always keep a pair of rain pants, a towel, dry shoes and socks, a pair of tracksuit pants, and a spare tee shirt in a bag. I keep a couple of spare bags as well for my dirty clothes and muddy boots. I've learned from experience that it's well worth the trouble of packing this stuff.
